Yoghurt Bowl

  • Joghurt (Natur) / yoghourt (natural)
  • Himbeeren / rasberries
  • Heidelbeeren / blueberries 
  • Chiasamen / chia seeds 
  • Haferflocken / oats
  • Honig, Zimt / honey, cinnamon

 

Zubereitung [preparation]

Fülle den Joghurt (so viel du willst) in eine Schüssel. Drapiere dann die Him- und Heidelbeeren oben darauf sowie die Haferflocken und die Chiasamen. Zum Schluss einfach nur Honig und etwas Zimt darüber verteilen und schon ist der kleine Snack fertig. Yummy! 😊

Put some yoghourt (how much you like) in a bowl. Add the ras- and blueberries, the oats and chia seeds on top for better tasting (and looking!). At the end complete ist with some cinnamon and honey. Now it’s already done und ready to eat.
